Booking and availability

Cheap Photo Booth Rental LA provides mobile photo booth rentals for events in Los Angeles County. Sending an inquiry, requesting a quote, or submitting the availability form does not reserve a date. Your booking must be confirmed by us, with the required payment received.

Your written booking confirmation should identify the event date, location, rental hours, package, price, and any agreed extras. Review those details and ask about anything unclear before paying.

Deposits and payments

A $100 deposit secures your date once we confirm your booking. The deposit is nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The deposit is applied toward your rental total; it is not the full rental price.

For events booked one or two days in advance, the full quoted amount is required at booking instead of a deposit. Any remaining balance and its payment deadline will be stated in your booking confirmation.

5% staffed print booth discount

This offer is for our staffed print booth package. To qualify, request the discount and complete your booking within two days of receiving your quote. We will confirm the discount and the booking deadline in writing.

The website phrase “Book within the next 2 days” refers to this two-day quote window. Ask us to include the discount in your quote so you can review the price before paying. This offer does not apply to the drop-off or staffed digital packages.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and event changes

If you need to cancel, change your location, or move your event date, contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. A different date or setup depends on availability.

Any rescheduling arrangements, other payment refund terms, or additional charges must be discussed and confirmed in writing. Do not assume a new date or additional service has been booked until we confirm it.

Rental hours and extra time

Your rental runs during the hours in your booking confirmation. Late guest arrivals do not automatically move the start time or extend the rental.

You can ask to add extra time for an additional fee. Extensions depend on availability, and we will confirm the cost with you before extending your booking. Setup time before the rental is separate from your booked guest-use hours.

Package inclusions and add-ons

Our drop-off option starts at $99 per hour with a two-hour minimum, for a starting total of $198. It does not include photo prints or an on-site assistant. Our staffed digital and staffed print packages include an assistant. Review your quote for the exact inclusions and any add-ons.

For unlimited-print rentals, guests can take unlimited photo sessions during the booked rental period. Each session produces two physical copies, in the selected 2×6 photo-strip or 4×6 photo format. Additional copies per session are available for an extra fee when arranged with us.

We create custom photo templates and welcome screens using your invitation or design details. Send your materials and review the design before the event. You may request revisions before approval.

Delivery, venue access, and setup

Delivery is free within Los Angeles County, including the South Bay. Tell us about your venue, access arrangements, available power, stairs, parking, and setup space before booking so we can confirm a suitable setup.

An approximately 8-by-8-foot area works for our open-air setup. The inflatable enclosed booth is about 8.2 feet wide, deep, and tall and requires additional clearance and room for guests to enter. Its blower makes some background noise.

Outdoor setups need shade and protection from rain, direct sun, and other weather exposure. For drop-off rentals, the person hiring the booth is responsible for keeping it safe and secure and providing suitable stable cover outdoors. Obtain any permission required by your venue or event location.

We plan to arrive at least one hour before the event for setup and to coordinate with you or the person in charge. Let us know promptly if access or the event schedule changes.

Digital sharing and post-event galleries

Every rental includes digital sharing during the event at no extra cost. Available sharing methods include text, email, AirDrop, WhatsApp, and QR code. Availability of a particular method may depend on the guest’s device, connection, and service availability.

The $300 staffed digital and $500 staffed print packages include a gallery link within 48 hours after the event to access and download the photos and any videos recorded at the booth. The $99/hour drop-off package does not include this post-event gallery link. Treat a gallery link as shareable access and only pass it to people you want to have access.

Your contact information and booking messages

We use the contact details you provide to answer your inquiry, send a quote, and communicate about your booking and event. These service messages are separate from promotional messages. Providing a phone number or email for a quote does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing texts.

Optional email and text offers

If you choose to join our marketing list, we may send occasional emails or texts with special discounts and photo booth offers. We do not send spam, and you can choose to stop receiving promotional messages.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a rental or receiving the advertised discount. We request separate consent for marketing emails and marketing texts. Automated marketing texts require your express written consent before enrollment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Use the unsubscribe instructions in a promotional email, or contact us to stop marketing emails. For marketing texts, reply STOP or contact us to withdraw consent. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop promotional messages. Opting out of marketing does not cancel your rental.

Event photos, videos, and marketing use

We may share photos and videos from your event on our website and social media to promote our own photo booth services at Cheap Photo Booth Rental LA.

If you do not want us to use photos or videos from your event to promote our services, please email [email protected] with your booking name and event date, confirming that you do not want us to use them in our marketing. Please tell us before the event whenever possible so we can record your preference.

If an image has already been published, email us with the image or link so we can identify it and address your request. We cannot control copies independently shared by guests or other third parties.
