Our drop-off booth starts at $99/hour with a two-hour minimum, or $198 starting total. Staffed digital is $300 for three hours, and staffed print is $500 for three hours. Send your New Year’s date, venue, and exact hours so we can confirm availability and your quote.

Send us your December 31, 2026 party details and we will check the calendar. That is New Year’s Eve, welcoming 2027. An inquiry does not reserve the booth; we confirm the booking with you first.

Yes. Tell us about your January 1, 2027 family gathering, brunch, company event, or community party. We check availability for the hours you request.

Ask us for coverage through the countdown or into January 1. Include both the start and end date and time in your request. Late-night coverage depends on availability and must be included in your confirmed quote and booking hours.

The drop-off booth, basic props, white backdrop, custom photo template and welcome screen, setup, pickup, and digital sharing during your rental. Two hours minimum. Prints, an on-site assistant, and a post-event gallery link are not included.

Choose hours when your guests will actually be there. If midnight photos matter to you, make sure the booked end time is after midnight. Share dinner, speeches, and countdown plans so we can help you choose your rental window.

You can ask about extra time for an additional fee. We must confirm availability and the cost before extending the rental. Do not rely on an extension for midnight coverage; request those hours when booking.

Yes. We bring the booth to office parties, year-end dinners, staff celebrations, and company New Year’s events in Los Angeles County and the South Bay. Share venue access rules, any supplier requirements, and your company logo or design ideas.

Yes. Our open-air setup needs approximately 8×8 feet, plus room for guests to enter and wait. We can set up at homes and event halls when the space works. Send a photo or measurements so we can confirm your setup.

Yes. Send the date, location, guest count, and schedule for your church gathering, community celebration, fundraiser, or family event. A staffed package is worth considering when you want help with guests and the equipment.

Yes. Send your invitation, colors, family name, or company logo. A professional graphic designer creates a matching photo template and welcome screen, then sends it for your approval. You can request changes before the event.

Our packages include basic party props and a white backdrop. Ask about New Year’s-specific props or another backdrop before booking so we can confirm options and any extra cost. A gold-style graphic design does not mean a physical gold backdrop is included.

The $500 staffed print package includes unlimited sessions during your booked three hours, with two printed copies per session. Choose 2×6 strips or classic 4×6 photos. Ask about additional copies per session. The $99/hour drop-off and $300 staffed digital packages do not include prints.

The $300 staffed digital and $500 staffed print packages include an on-site assistant to help guests and handle booth troubleshooting. The $99/hour drop-off package does not. We recommend a staffed package if you want someone looking after the booth while you host.

The open-air booth gives groups more room to join the photo. The inflatable enclosed booth fits about four or five guests and has changing-color lights. Its air blower makes a little noise. Tell us your guest count and space so we can confirm the right option.

Outdoor setups need protection from rain, direct sun, and weather exposure, plus suitable power and a secure location. For a drop-off rental, provide a stable tent or shaded cover and keep the equipment safe. Discuss an indoor backup with us before booking.

Yes. All packages include digital sharing at no additional cost by text, email, AirDrop, WhatsApp, or QR code, depending on the device and connection. Let us know about internet access at your venue.

The $300 and $500 staffed packages include a download gallery link within 48 hours after your event, at no additional cost. You can download photos and any videos taken. The $99/hour drop-off package does not include that post-event link.

Delivery is free within Los Angeles County and the South Bay. Send your event address so we can confirm the location and access details.

Ask as soon as you know your date and venue. We will check our calendar, even if you are still working out the other details. Last-minute requests depend on availability; we do not promise an open date until it is confirmed.

A $100 non-refundable deposit secures a confirmed booking and goes toward your total. Bookings one or two days before the event require the full quoted payment instead. Read our terms before reserving.
